Chocolat’s owner and creative Chocolatier Robyn Visser is a fully
qualified chef who studied at the Otago Polytech in Dunedin, New
Zealand and later at the Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School
in Melbourne, Australia. Her first foray into the world of
Chocolate started at the Otago Farmers Market in Dunedin selling
her own brand of high quality hand made chocolates. The purpose of her current shop is to establish a specialty outlet for chocolates
and confectionery where she sells only world renowned brands, including her
own premium hand made chocolates that contain only the finest
Belgian Callebaut.
